Electrical Supervisor 

Data Centre Construction:
Our client is a multi-disciplined main contractor operating across the UK and Europe with a turnover of €750m and sustained annual growth of 5%–7.5%. They deliver large-scale, turnkey projects for blue-chip clients, with a strong focus on data centres and other technology-heavy developments.
Due to continued growth and a recent major project win, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the delivery of electrical services on a flagship data centre project in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This is a site-based role working closely with the Electrical Lead and wider project team on a complex, high-value project.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
•    Supervise day-to-day electrical installation works on site
•    Coordinate and oversee electrical subcontractors and labour
•    Ensure works are carried out safely, in line with project RAMS, programme, and quality requirements
•    Support the Electrical Lead with planning, sequencing, and short-term look-ahead scheduling
•    Monitor progress against programme and report issues or delays
•    Carry out quality inspections and ensure installations meet specifications and standards
•    Assist with review of drawings, method statements, and permits to work
•    Manage site inspections, snagging, and defect resolution
•    Support testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing activities
•    Maintain accurate site records, reports, and as-built information
•    Liaise with other trades to ensure coordinated delivery
